NXTLVL Return Policy (14 Days)
Return window
You have 14 days from the day your order is marked delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
– Item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.
– Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to start a return
Email vip@nxtlvlnights.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions. Packages sent without prior approval aren’t accepted.
Return shipping & fees
– If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover the return shipping.
– For all other reasons (fit, change of mind, etc.), we’ll provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.
Damages & issues
Inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
– Custom or personalized products (special orders, made-to-order)
– Intimates/personal care items (e.g., underwear, skincare)
– Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
– Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”)

Exchanges
Fastest: start a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. If you need a size swap of the same item and it’s in stock, ask—we’ll try to convert your return into a direct exchange.
Refunds
We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of the carrier scan or warehouse receipt (whichever is sooner). Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund posting, contact vip@nxtlvlnights.com.
International returns
International customers may return within the same 14-day window. Duties/taxes aren’t refundable by us; you may be able to claim them back from your local customs authority.
EU right of withdrawal
For orders delivered to the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason. Items must be returned unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Undeliverable / refused packages
Packages returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed will be refunded minus shipping costs (and return-to-sender fees, if applicable).
RMA note
For faster processing, we may issue an RMA number—please include it on the label or inside the package.
