1. Order Processing
- Orders process within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed when your order ships.
- High-volume drops or holidays may extend processing times slightly.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- We ship to all U.S. states and territories.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (select products).
- Rates calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping available on qualifying orders.
3. International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery averages 7–21 business days.
- Shipping rates shown at checkout.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refused shipments due to customs fees are refunded minus shipping costs once returned.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once shipped. Allow up to 48 hours for carrier updates. Contact vip@nxtlvlnights.com if no tracking appears after 5 business days.
5. Shipping Delays
We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked “Delivered,” NXTLVL Entertainment isn’t responsible for loss or theft. File a claim with the carrier and email vip@nxtlvlnights.com for assistance.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or refusal are refunded minus shipping costs. Reshipments require a new order.
8. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Estimated ship dates appear on the product page. Mixed orders may ship separately.
9. Address Changes
Address updates are possible before shipment only. Verify your shipping details carefully at checkout.
